Getdown Services Announce UK Tour In Support Of MVT
Getdown Services has announced that they will be donating £1 from every ticket sold on their winter UK tour to Music Venue Trust.
The Bristol duo describe themselves as ‘disco rock’ and will begin their 17-date tour on 10 November at Electric Ballroom in London. The tour will see the band visit a range of excellent Grassroots Music Venues, including The Georgian Theatre in Stockton, The Trades Club in Hebden Bridge, Ulster Sports Club in Belfast and Trinity in Bristol.
Enter Shikari, Sam Fender, Katy Perry, and Mr Scruff are all artists who have committed to donating £1 from every ticket sold on their tours to Music Venue Trust. In 2024, Coldplay announced that 10% of the proceeds from their 2025 UK tour would be donated to Music Venue Trust’s Liveline Fund, in partnership with Save Our Scene. The band’s booking agent, concert promoters, venues and official ticket agents have also pledged to make donations to the fund.
Getdown Services

Their social value is enormous, and on a personal level, being involved with them has changed our lives for the better in so many ways. They are important cultural hubs, and we will all be at a loss if they continue to disappear. If you buy a ticket to see us, you’ll have a good night out, and you’ll also be helping out Grassroots Music Venues. It’s a no brainer, really.”
